It’s the best day of the year!

Youth Service Day is a day full of volunteering for Watauga and Avery County high school students.

Join us for a day of service and fun as we volunteer at various locations around the High Country!

You can sign up on your own, with a group of friends, or even with another club/organization. Students will have the opportunity to indicate what service sites they are interested in and if there are any specific people that they would like to be in a group with. We cannot guarantee top choices of service sites, but we will put you with the people you indicate on your form so that you have fun serving together no matter where you end up!

Once we finish volunteering, there will be an after party at Valle Crucis Community Park where we will get to honor our hard work with a celebration that will include food, music, games, raffles, and more!

A parent/guardian must register the student if they are under 18.

If you would like a paper registration form, please stop by Room 2314 at WHS or by the MA space by the Media Center at ACHS.
